BUOYANT Steve Kabba is looking to extend Blackpool’s unbeaten away run at Burnley tonight.

The on-loan Watford front man scored the only goal in the Tangerines’ win over Barnsley on Saturday, to top the scoring charts with strike partner Ben Burgess and head to Turf Moor with back-to-back wins.

“They are all hard games, but it is a derby so we especially want to go there and give a good account of ourselves and we are confident of doing that,” said the 27-year-old.

“They had a good win on Saturday but they've had a bit of a sticky start so they will want to put a good performance in in front of their fans.

“But we will be very confident after a win. We can go there relaxed.

“They are at home and expected to win. I’m sure with it being a derby it will be a bit spicy but hopefully we can play the better football and come out on top.”

Blackpool’s first win of the season came in the televised game at Southampton last month ahead of the international fortnight, and Kabba added: “It was important to make sure we followed that up with something and didn’t waste it.

“We have managed to do that. It’s a kick-start to our season.”
