Two homes were evacuated after a fire in an outhouse in Warton.
Ten firefighters tackled the blaze, which is believed to be arson, at the outhouse in Queensway at 9pm yesterday.
Four firefighters wearing breathing apparatus tackled the blaze while the occupants of two terraced homes nearby were evacuated.
The blaze was extinguished although the contents of the outhouse and 70 per cent of the building itself were destroyed.
No-one was injured in the incident.
