It's nice to see Theresa May coming out praising the Police for the sacrifices they ultimately could and DO face for protecting our communities.....afte
r happily overseeing and ratifying wholesale changes that will systematically dismantle the basic fundamentals of the finest Police service in the world.

This awful incident highlights just why Police Officers are well paid and until recently received generous pensions.

Theresa may is nothing but a disgusting abhorrent human being. Her crocodile tears fool nobody.

I still cannot understand what point there was to what this idiot did. Why carry out such an abhorrent, vicious and evil attack on two unarmed women and then give yourself up hours later. He obviously didn't have to carry out this attack so he could remain ‘on the run’, it just seems like a cowardly attack on two defenceless officers. Totally senseless, he deserves to fry for what he did. My thoughts and sympathy go out to the famlies of these women.

There's a couple of trains of thought as to why this oxygen theif handed himself in, firstly that knowing he callously gunned down two unarmed female officers the chances were that GMP armed response unit officers would not hesitate to blow his head off given half a justifiable chance and secondly that knowing he will live the rest of his worthless life in jail at the taxpayers expense he will have that elevated level of kudos amongst his fellow scum of having killed two Police officers. Either way he is going to hell eventually where I hope he burns for eternity.

I agree with your theories but I feel the latter is correct. Firstly firearms officers would have been very loathe to shoot the scumbag for fear of ending up in court themselves, because you could be sure that many high profile low life lawyers who are only two happy to defend scum like this would have been calling for their prosecution, IPCC investigations, public enquiries and everything else. Secondly he will be a hero in the nick, dont think for one second that murdering two young female officers will go against him, quite the opposite. He will have the respect of all the other scum inside. If the death penalty was ever brought back(it wont) I would be first in line to apply for the job of executioner.
Lastly RIP the two young officers, makes me sick and ashamed of our society.

But what kudos is there in gunning down two unarmed and defenceless women? So they had a uniform on, surely even his fellow inmates will see how he shot and killed two defenceless women, even the numpties will surely see this for what it is, a cowardly attack.
