BIRD WATCH - It doesn't often happen but schoolchildren in the Morecambe area are being urged to spend some time gazing out of classroom windows next week - with the blessing of teachers. RSPB lead field teacher Maggy Lightfoot will be in town helping children to spot birds as part of the RSPB's Big School Birdwatch', aimed at encouraging children to identify and look after the birds that share their school buildings and grounds.
