DOG-LOVING poet and comedian John Hegley plays Kendal's Brewery Arts Centre tomorrow (Saturday) as part of a whistle-stop tour of the UK to tie in with the release of his latest poem and prose masterpiece The Sound of Paint Drying.
The Luton-lad brings together many of his trademark themes dogs, glasses, potatoes, plus a series of moving and funny meditations on parent-child relationships.
