Leading Irish band Dervish are jigging into Morecambe on Friday to showcase a set of vibrant and dynamic ditties.
Dervish (pictured) will be at the Platform as part of a rare tour of England with beautifully measured songs and the unique voice of Cathy Jordan.
The guitar, fiddle, flute, bouzouki, mandola, bodhran and accordion ensure that there is plenty of firepower to create irresistible energy, while Cathy delivers both traditional and contemporary songs with captivating guile.
This blend makes a Dervish show both a moving and invigorating evening.
