Family fun for all A GREAT day out for all the family is promised by the annual Morecambe Heritage Gala this Sunday.

It will all kick off with a spectacular air display starting at 1.45pm from the Red Arrows, followed by the Battle of Britain Memorial Flight and the RAF Falcons Parachute team and there's plenty happening on the ground too.

Cars from the Bradford to Morecambe Vintage Vehicle Rally will gather on the promenade and a programme of free music and street theatre starts at lunchtime.

Locals can also learn about lavatory safety with the Fairly Famous Family's Now Wash Your Hands' routine, enjoy a demonstration by the amazing silver robot Cyberstein, laugh with contemporary clown Maynard Flip Flap and be thrilled by the skills and humour of Mark Segal.

Music will be provided by the traditional Lune Valley Jazz Band, the Latin sounds of Lava and contemporary jazz from Off the Rails.
