LANCASTER City Council is to provide £20,000 for community capital initiatives, it has been announced.
Grants of up to £5,000 are up for grabs to get local projects under way.
Council leader Cllr Ian Barker says: "This is an opportunity for com-munity groups across the district. If money from the city council would get your project off the ground, we want to hear from you."
