A WOMAN who bought a bubble wrapped television from a man in a white van discovered it had no power lead on arriving home.
Police say they have received 10 similar reports from around the area.
They are seeking a man described as five-feet-six inches tall, of medium build with ginger hair and an Irish accent. His van is registered LT53AOK.
