ELECTRICITY North West work will shut a rural Lake District road for cars, pedestrians and cyclists for up to 10 days.
A closure will be in place from April 22 on High Cross, Grizebeck, from a point around 50m south of its junction with the U5074, extending in a southerly direction for around 130m.
An alternative route would be via unrestricted sections of the High Cross (C501), A5092, A595, Wreaks Causeway, A593 and the C5010.
