A Christmas card competition brought together local schools and a care home in Kendal to provide some festive cheer for its residents.
Over 200 entrants took part in the scheme organised by Heron Hill Care Home to design their own cards.
Nicola Spedding, manager of the care home, said: "Our residents and their friends from the North West residents forum had a great time going through them all to choose the winners."
In the five-to-eight category, Eli John Shaw from St Marks school in Natland provided the winning design, whilst Ben Chacko from Kendal's Dean Gibson school was triumphant in the nine-to-11 category.
For those aged between 12 and 16, Logan from Dallam School earned himself a prize.
Each winner was presented with an A3 framed certificate, a £30 voucher for Amazon and some Christmas cards with their design on.
