TWO antique tables, estimated to be worth between £500 and £1,000 each, have been stolen from a property at Troutbeck, Windermere.
The items were stolen yesterday (Thursday) at sometime between 7.30am and 11am when offenders entered a study area of the property.
Cumbria Police have described the first table as a 3ft-long Sutherland gate-leg table with a satin wood inlay. It has two leaves, both 18 inches wide, and is mahogany in colour.
The second table is said to be a mahogany regency side table, 18x12 inches wide and 2ft 10 inches tall.
Police are appealing for anyone with information about the incident to contact them on 0845-3300-247 or to call Crimestoppers on 0800-555-111.
