A LEADING South Lakeland business has been hailed as one of the top employers in the country.
Impact Development Training Group featured in the Sunday Times Top 100 Best Small Companies To Work For list for a third year.
The Windermere firm was the only Cumbrian company to figure in the top 100 small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) list.
The rankings are based on the views of nearly 150,000 employees who took part in a workplace satisfaction survey this year, which asked 70 questions covering eight different factors.
Andy Dickson, head of Impact UK, said the business was delighted to complete a hat-trick of Top 100' placements, especially as the competition had been much tougher this year.
