WHILE they are undoubtedly in for a treat whatever the outcome, Led Zeppelin fans are probably feeling in something of a dilemma today.
For tonight (Friday), two shows dedicated to the 70s rockers are taking place - and the question is which to go to.
In Kendal, at the Brewery Arts Centre, Whole Lotta Led - a tribute act blessed by Jimmy Page himself - are playing a two hour show of all Led Zep's studio albums.
Meanwhile, at Barrow's Forum 28, The Led Zeppelin Story is set to transport the audience back to the band's heyday.
Whole Lotta Led, have nothing if not experience, playing to 50,000 plus fans across the UK each year. They have even been voted third in the top five "must see" acts touring the UK at the moment - beating the likes of Elton John.
What WLL lack in physical likeness to the band, they makes up for in music and passion. The Led Zeppelin Story, on the other hand, claim to recreate the look as well as sound.
Depending on what neck of Cumbria you are in tonight, the Brewery (01539-725133) gig kicks off at 8.30pm with tickets priced from £10.50, while the Forum 28 (01229-820000) event will begin at 7.30pm with prices starting from £12.
- Off the Record will be going along to the Brewery gig - check out the review in next week's Westmorland Gazette.
