BLACKPOOL television presenter Coleen Nolan is urging the seven million Britons who have problems with maths or English to brush up on their skills.

A LearnDirect report says people are losing £1.45 billion each year as they struggle to check bills or figure out the best deals for mobile phone tariffs.

Coleen admits to having poor maths skills herself.
