VIDEO: Christmas tree fire warning
THIS video shows the devastating results when a Christmas tree accidentally catches fire.
The real Christmas tree is quickly destroyed by fire which speads to the rest of the room within ten seconds.
Firefighters said that the blaze is so intense it is unlikely that anyone would escape from the room.
Lancashire Fire and Rescue Service are warning people to turn off fairy lights at night and not to have lit candles anywhere near Christmas trees.
They are also urging Lancastrians to test their smoke alarms.
The shocking film was released by their colleagues at Greater Manchester Fire and Rescue Service.
