For absolute novices or for those women 16 years and over looking to get or keep fit this summer then they're invited to come along to the club's new 'Rugby Fit for Women' programme.
This is based on non-contact rugby games and is intended for pure enjoyment and fun.
Everyone is welcome and there is no cost. These sessions begin on Thursday 15 May, 7pm-8pm, and will run at the Woodlands throughout the summer.
