Blackpool Panthers and Fylde RFC have agreed that the Panthers' home Challenge Cup game against Featherstone Rovers will be played at the Woodlands on Saturday with a 3pm kick-off.
This creates a few organisational problems as it clashes, as last year, with Fylde's National School 7s Tournament.
However, with goodwill all round then these will be overcome on what should be a great day out at the Woodlands.

There are few occasions or circumstances when spectators can watch a professional rugby league match and then turn around on the terraces to see the cream of schools rugby union talent on display.
One former rugby league player who attended last year in similar circumstances said: "The idea that I could watch my grandson playing 7s rugby union on one pitch in a national competition and then see an excellent rugby league Challenge Cup on the main pitch was quite incredible.
"When the traditional barriers between the codes existed then I never thought this day would be possible. It's been marvellous!"
