Hungry young footballers got a welcome nutrition boost when a local store treated them to lunch after a training session.
Layton Juniors under-sevens side tucked into the spread after a vigorous workout under the watchful eye of their manager Nikki Fowler, pictured right.
The tasty treats were laid on by Tesco Express on Central Drive as part of their community programme.
