The FA Cup Fourth Qualifying Round has landed Fleetwood Town with a second home tie and third game against UniBond opposition.
Town have already overcome Wakefield away and Frickley Athletic to progress to the penultimate stage before Football League clubs enter the draw.
Nantwich Town are currently occupying 15th place in the UniBond Premier, one place above last season's Championship rivals Witton Albion.
Nantwich were promoted from the UniBond First Division South last season, playing their last match at home in front of 927 spectators.
Nantwich earned their place in the draw with an impressive 5-1 win away to Northern League Whitley Bay at the weekend.
One of Fleetwood's goals scorers on Saturday, Ricky Mercer, said "It's good to be drawn at home again and be up against UniBond opposition.
I personally don't know very much about Nantwich Town and I'm sure the gaffer will have them watched. It was good being back in the team on Saturday and I'm pleased my goal helped us go through."
The game will be played on Saturday, October 25 at Highbury.
The Blue Square North fixture away at Redditch United originally scheduled for that day will now be played on Tuesday, November 18 at 7.45pm.
