KIRKHAM & WESHAM FC have reacted quickly to fans clamouring for news about Wembley tickets and travel details ahead of their FA Vase Final in London on Sunday May 11 against Lowestoft Town.

Fans can buy match tickets and book coach tickets from the club shop in Poulton Street in Kirkham Town Centre from Saturday April 12.

Tickets for the game are: adults - £20, OAPS/Children £10, while the Official Club Travel by coach is: Adults £25 and Children £20.

Coaches will depart Market Square, Kirkham at about 7.30am to travel south, but further up-dates on departure times will be advised nearer the big day.

The club shop is open on Saturdays from 9am-5.30pm, and on Tuesday-Fridays from 11am-5.30pm.

The shop is closed on Mondays. Payment is by cash or credit card.

Kirkham travel to fellow promotion chasers Ashton Athletic on Saturday keen to repeat the form that saw them knock the Wigan area side out of the Second Division Trophy at Kellamergh Park recently.

Skipper Dougie Shaw misses the game through suspension.

Manager Mick Fuller admits though: "It's a tough one that's for sure.

"We certainly can't afford to drop points like we did at Chadderton on Monday if we are to sustain our challenge for promotion.

"I'm sure we will be okay and that result was only a reaction of tiredness from Saturday's epic result in Suffolk."

Kirkham also have a crucial home game lined up for next Tuesday evening at Kellamergh Park against Lancashire rivals Padiham.

The game kicks-off at 7.45pm.
