A sensational goal by striker Andy Sensale was not enough for the Rams as they once again failed to capitalise on the many chances they created.
Sensale gave United the lead on 28 minutes with a majestic back-heel effort, but the Rams could not fathom a second goal despite making several good opportunities.
They were made to pay on 77 minutes, as Steve Hibbert levelled for Squires Gate
