Beat the bulge and prepare to slim into the New Year while raising funds for a great cause. National charity Meningitis Research Foundation would like anyone who wants to lose weight to join our sponsored Slimathon.
Participants can ask family, friends and work colleagues to sponsor them for every pound lost, and donate the proceeds to the charity.
Contact the fundraising team via the link below or call 01454 281814.
Participants will be sent a Slimathon information pack with dieting tips, information on nutrition and healthy eating, exercise programmes and fundraising ideas.
The money raised will help Meningitis Research Foundation continue its fight against meningitis and septicaemia - the blood poisoning form of the disease.
These are illnesses which can kill in hours and can affect anyone of any age, although those under five, teenagers and young adults are most at risk.
For more information about meningitis and septicaemia, visit the website below or call Meningitis Research Foundation's FREEfone 24 hour helpline - 080 8800 3344.
