Blackpool FC keeper joins Shrewsbury Town

Blackpool keeper Matthew Gilks has joined League Two promotion chasers Shrewsbury Town on an emergency loan deal.
The former-Norwich ‘keeper has made only one start for the Tangerines since signing in the summer, finding his chances at Bloomfield Road limited by the form of Paul Rachubka.
Young midfielder Matthew Kay has also extended his loan spell at Fylde coast neighbours Fleetwood Town until Boxing Day.
