GOLFERS teed off to raise more than £7,500 for a children’s charity.
The 21st annual Brian Moore Memorial Day was held at Cherry Lodge Golf Club in Jail Lane, Biggin Hill in aid of Threshers Children’s Nursery.
The charity in St Mary Cray High Street is run by volunteers and provides care for up to 40 children between the ages of two and four.
Trophies for the golf day were provided by News Shopper and handed out by TV personality Matt Lorenzo and former Charlton, Chelsea and West Ham footballer-turned-presenter Scott Minto.
The winning team was The Driscoll Dragons.
The event also saw jdm Estate Agents take over sponsorship of the event.
