Village halls are set to benefit from a £66,637 handout from Oxfordshire County Council.
Halls including Claydon, Drayton, Over Norton, Ducklington and Goring have asked for cash.
Judy Heathcoat, cabinet member for safer and stronger communities, will be asked to make a decision on Monday at County Hall, Oxford at noon.
