A store in Hambleton has celebrated its part in helping raise a million pounds for the NSPCC.
Customers and staff at the Hambleton Spar shop have been digging deep and taking part in sponsored events such as store manager Justin Entwistle raising £1000 in a sponsored run.
Justin said: “The partnership between NSPCC and SPAR Hambleton is a perfect fit as it reflects the pivotal role both organisations play in the local community.
“Staff from stores across the country have engaged with the NSPCC’s vision of ending child cruelty and their commitment and belief in the cause is evident in the achievement of raising a million pounds.”
