A Lytham chef is one of 12 top North West chefs to feature in a new book.
Warrick Dodds, the award-winning executive head chef of The Sparling, Lytham, joins other big regional culinary names in the new book ‘Home Grown’.
The 400-page book, written by Deidre Morley, puts the spotlight on the region’s culinary renaissance and tells the story of how chefs in the region have used their passion for local and regional fare to lead a North West food revolution.
It champions the produce that is traditionally grown in this region and features stories and signature recipes from the chefs and their regional producers and suppliers.
Home Grown, published by Bluecoat Press is available from bookstores and at www.bluecoat press.co.uk priced £19.99.
Signed copies are available from The Sparling, Lytham.
