A group of enterprising students from Blackpool's sixth forms are setting up shop for ten days in the resort's biggest shopping centre Houndshill centre owners Modus, in conjunction with Blackpool Hero Project, will be welcoming students from sixth form schools and colleges into the centre from next week.
The students will be in the centre to sell hand-made products from a local enterprise company.
A variety of products will be sold, from greeting cards, t-shirts to hand-made soaps and candles.
The project has been funded by LEGI (Local Enterprise Growth Iniaitive).
The schools will be in unit 6B from Tuesday, May 6 until Friday, May 16, and the experience is designed to provide them with the opportunity to gain valuable experience in general business and retail.
