A Fleetwood man accused of manslaughter has made a brief appearance at Preston Crown Court this morning.
James Howard, 23, of North Albert Street, Fleetwood, was remanded in custody and will enter his plea at a hearing due to take place on July 8.
He is accused of killing 42-year-old father-of-three Keith Waterworth who was found dead at his flat on North Albert Street last month.
There was no application for bail.
A provisional trial date has been set for September 15 by judge, Mr Justice Irwin.
