A Fleetwood school is having an open day tomorrow to offer parents of would-be pupils an insight into life on campus.

The 164-year-old independent Rossall School, Fleetwood, will stage a junior and senior open event, from 2pm - 4.30pm, including presentations, tours of the 160-acre campus, an exhibition and refreshments.

Parents of prospective pupils can pick up details about the school's study options, which include GCSE, A-Levels and BTEC National Diploma in Art and Design, plus the renowned International Baccalaureate Diploma.

Tours of the site will include academic, sporting and recreational facilities, including the school's indoor swimming pool, shooting range, all-weather floodlit surfaces, outdoor pitches for soccer, rugby, cricket and hockey, plus squash and fives courts.

Parents wishing to register their attendance should contact the school registrar on 01253 774260 or by email lyndas@rossallcorporation.co.uk for details.
