A Lytham development firm have announced plans to build over 1,000 new homes on the Blackpool and St Annes boundary.
Kensington Developments plan to build on the land off Queensway, which will include completing the M55 to Heyhouses Link Road and the construction of a Heyhouses Lane bypass.
The scheme will include some affordable housing, as well as a primary school and an 86-acre park.
Work could begin on the site next year, if approval is given, with the project taking eight years to complete.
Residents will be able to view the plans and offer their views to Kensington Developments when the plans go on show tomorrow and Thursday, at St Albans Church Hall, Kilnhouse Lane, St Annes, between 1.30pm and 5.30pm.
Planning application will not be submitted until after consultation with local residents.
