I am trying to find out more information regarding my Great Uncle, William Hosker, and his family.

He was born in Widnes in 1878 and married a girl called Ellen Myles in 1923 in Blackpool. He drove a charabanc in Blackpool. I know he was in the Army in the First World War but I can’t find details of what regiment he was in. He died in 1953 at which point he lived at Clarendon Road, Blackpool.

He and Ellen had a child called William Henry (known as Harry) in 1924 who died in 1995 in Blackpool.

I am not sure whether Harry ever married and if anyone could clarify this for me I would be grateful. I would be interested to hear from who anyone who recalls the family.
