Brian Turner's Roast chicken and Garstang Blue Cheese
Ingredients:
- 2 slices of Warburtons Seeded Batch
- 50g/2oz Garstang blue cheese
- 25g/1oz of low-fat spread
- 50g/2oz sliced roast chicken

25g/1oz pickled cabbage
Method: Cream the Garstang blue cheese with the low-fat spread and lightly spread over 2 slices of bread. Put the sliced roast chicken on top and sprinkle with the pickled cabbage. Cut in half and serve.
