Review: McWilliams Silverwood Pinot Noir 2011, £8.99, Waitrose

Thirty-five years ago when I was an Australian resident McWilliams was a favourite because of its good quality and value.

They do Pinot Noir well and this one has lots of strawberries and cherries, nice soft tannins and a not overpowering alcohol level of 13 per cent. A very good buy.
