Lime and lemony white made with the Pedro Ximenez grape which comes from the Andalucia region of southern Spain.
A single vineyard 3000 feet up in the Andes is where the grapes ripen and retain a nice dry finish.
It's not cheap but this 13 per cent offering is pleasantly different.
