The Limestone Coast in South Australia, one of the cooler parts of the country, produces a red that’s very pleasantly flavoured with blackberries and redcurrants but not overpowering, just 12.5 per cent alcohol — a low figure for Down Under — and truly easy to drink with almost any food.
