Farrell Heyworth has expanded its lettings and property management business by opening 20 specialist lettings and residential property management outlets across the North West.
Andrew Harding, Farrell Heyworth’s Lettings Director believes the new outlets will be a great success.
He said: “ We’ve expanded our current six regional lettings centre’s into our well established 20 branch Estate Agency network, effectively opening 20 new lettings branches over night “By utilising the entire Farrell Heyworth branch network we now have a far greater geographical reach to offer our specialist residential lettings service to Landlords & Tenants across the North West. We already have well over 1000 properties under management and our aim is to double that figure over the next 3 to 5 years.”
Director Chris Heyworth added “This improved service to Landlords & Tenants will combine the sales expertise of our branches, matching available properties with prospective tenants and the wealth of legal & practical experience we have acquired over the last 20 years managing properties on behalf of our landlord clients.
“The whole seamless process of marketing a property available for rent through to tenant move in has been made possible by restructuring Farrell Heyworth’ s lettings department and utilising the latest electronic tenant referencing system, with tenant references being available in many cases within hours. Andrew added “Our landlord clients want to see quality tenants in their properties as soon as possible, our competitive Fully Managed or Let only proposition ensures empty or void periods are kept to a minimum”
Farrell Heyworth Lettings offer a fully bonded tenancy deposit scheme and are members of ARLA, the Association of Residential Lettings Agents.
